Fix the Fracture

In Why RFK Jr and MAHA Are DOOMED , Dr Suneel Dhand, speaks directly to why a shift to the Quantum Paradigm which I advocate is the necessary and logical solution to the problem he so eloquently describes. I find his overview of the situation extraordinarily insightful.

I’ve transcribed the video verbatim, and will simply place a few images and/or contents to drive my point home. I’ve taken the liberty of bolding key concepts, to facilitate the read.

I’m going to explain to you in this video why I believe Make America Healthy Again and RFK Jr. are going to spectacularly fail. I take no pleasure in saying that. I’m a supporter of the movement. I believe RFK Jr. –his heart is in the right place. Certainly better than those who came before. But Make America Healthy Again is heading for extreme disappointment because they are focused on the wrong battle right now.

Because this is not just a food crisis. I repeat, not just a food crisis. It’s not a labeling crisis. It’s not a seed oil or a food dye crisis. It’s a cultural, emotional, and spiritual collapse. And unless we face that honestly and directly, no law, no ingredient ban, no corporate regulation is going to even make the slightest dent at all.

Because right now we’re obsessing over surface level changes at the top of leadership window dressing. Let’s ban this ingredient. Let’s regulate that corporation. Let’s slap a new warning label on that already trashy cereal. That’s totally rearranging deck chairs on the Titanic.

Because here’s what no one wants to say. Millions of Americans and people across the Western world have lost their way. They’re not unhealthy only because they eat the wrong food. They are completely hollow inside. Disconnected from themselves, from their communities, from any meaning in life.

NB: Here’s the picture of the “hollow inside” experience. It’s the symptom operating on an incomplete, limiting paradigm that excludes connection to Source, purpose and meaning in life.

I recently met a man in his 50s who had a successful career, a family. He looked very successful on paper. But he told me, “I eat at night, not because I’m hungry, but because I feel nothing. I feel empty. I’m totally stressed. I lack any energy.”

He doesn’t move his body. He’s exhausted. He knows all of this, and he’s quietly given up on himself, even though everything else seems to be going okay.

And he’s not alone.

We have a nation full of people medicating emotional pain with food, filling spiritual voids with sugar and processed comfort.

When we wonder why obesity keeps on climbing, no matter how many guidelines we change, that is the reason why.

You see, this is what most people don’t understand or don’t want to talk about. And I appreciate it’s painful. Health is not just a physical issue. It’s a reflection of our priorities, true well-being, of our mindset, of what we value deep down.

We used to value things like discipline, personal responsibility, family dinners, restraint efforts, self-respect, and yes, looking good. And this is not only a superficial issue, of course. It’s a health issue.

But nowadays we worship convenience, speed, comfort, and the right to feel good immediately. That dopamine rush, even if it’s killing people very slowly. And look, I get it. Life is hard, people. Are super stressed. Many are just trying to get through the day.

But until we call out the deeper issue here, this collapse of values and meaning, nothing we do on the surface will ever last.

We could redesign every food label in America. We could outlaw soda and ultra-processed snacks. But here’s the thing, even if billions of dollars were thrown into new government programs, if people are emotionally and spiritually broken, if they stopped caring about themselves, they’ll always find another way to self-destruct.

That’s the part that Make America Healthy again and RFK Jr. are truly missing. That’s the hard truth that almost no one wants to say, especially in politics. But it is the truth.

If we want to reverse this true health catastrophe in adults and children, we need more than policy. We need cultural renewal. [Renaissance.]

Is this going to be easy? Of course not. But that means we have to stop normalizing self-destructive behaviors, celebrating weakness, victimhood and helplessness. And start making health aspirational again. Everybody, yes everybody, needs to step up.

They need to find meaning in being healthy, in taking care of themselves, a reason to get off the couch, a reason to make a better food choice. to resist temptation — not out of fear, but out of pride.

Again, this is not going to be easy. This doesn’t mean shaming anyone. It means calling people up, not tearing them down. We need to reinstall the belief that one’s body is a temple to be treated well. We need to reinstill a sense of people wanting to look good, not abusing their bodies with sugar, processed foods, alcohol, other drugs.

So what could be some answers here to try to do that? Well, I don’t claim to have all the answers. This is very difficult. But here’s what I do know. If Make America Healthy Again wants to succeed, it can’t just be about food and labels and tiny ingredients. It has to be about philosophy. It has to be about mindset. It has to be about who we are as people.

And this is very much how things were a few decades ago. Maybe we need to teach mindset and resilience more in schools, alongside mathematics and science. Maybe we need national campaigns that go beyond food campaigns that talk about meaning, purpose, character and yes, self-destructive behaviors.

But whatever we do, it must go deeper. Because if we don’t get to the root of why Americans and so many other Western countries are getting sick, we’ll keep on just managing symptoms.

NB: And here is the Quantum Life Wheel image of completion — the totality of the human experience which links surface physicality with mental/emotional vibrational states and, deeper still, with the still essence of who we ARE.

And this is a country — remember the United States, which once sent a man to the moon, many men to the moon? People crossed frontiers, stood up for freedom across the world.

Of course, a problem like obesity and soaring metabolic disease can be solved if we focus on the right things. Stop pretending it’s about superficial things.

It’s about meaning. It’s about spirit. It’s about helping people feel alive again.

Until we fix that, nothing changes. No matter how passionate certain people at the top are, no matter how flashy the campaigns about changing ingredients here and there in processed foods, no matter what policies are proposed, if the inside of people is broken, the outside will always follow.

And right now, inside of this country, millions are emotionally, culturally and spiritually completely fractured. Fix that and everything starts to heal.

NB: And here’s the image of the fractured state which cries out to be fixed:

It won’t be easy, but if we keep ignoring that, everything will continue to fall apart.

Entrepreneur and patriot Patrick Byrne describes the dilemma he faces — having to explain to brainwashed Americans concepts so far outside of the familiar as to be reflexively rejected out of hand. Way too threatening and overwhelming to even consider.

He’s had to pace himself. Take one step at a time. His approach has been to ask, “How do you get people to eat an elephant?” His solution, “One bite at a time.”

In this case, the global definition of Health in MAGA includes infinitely more than the shadow, surface side of an urgent, immediate medical crisis: a plague of chronic diseases. But it’s a huge step in the right direction. Certainly not to be underrated.

No doubt RFK Jr. and supporters are keenly aware of values issues. American Values, was, after all, the platform of their 2024 campaign.

And in the long run, as the good doctor points out here, the scope of Health must eventually expand to embrace the pristine definition of health: wholeness. Completion. A state of being where all the levels of one’s Quantum Life Wheel — physical, mental, emotional and spiritual — are effective aligned and linked. Ultimately, holy.
